Open Studios, Pottery Sale, & Mountain Music June 12 & 13, 12-5 p.m.
We are hosting our first Open Studio and Pottery Sale. Come by for ceramic DEMONSTRATIONS and pottery SALE by Resident Artists Chris Suarez, Yoon Hwang, and Kyle Lawson, CHAT with Residency Director Marjorie Dial, & enjoy LIVE old time mountain music.
The Resident Artists have been working hard for this. They receive 100% of the sales price. Sale starts at noon both days. Residency Director Marjorie Dial is excited open the property up after a long year. And, an exciting surprise, our neighbors––legendary old-time music players Don Pedi on dulcimer and Bruce Greene on fiddle––are performing on the porch. Music both days from 3-5 pm. We will have Mexican inspired street food by chef Don Hutchins for light snacking.
This event is FREE and open to the public. Please bring a water bottle and chair if you want to sit for the music. Cash/Venmo preferred for pottery sale. Please tell your friends who are art & mountain music lovers!!

*** Take a right BEFORE the barn for parking in the field
*** Please drive slowly on Ras Grooms and be patient with arrival (it's our first time)
*** If you are unvaccinated, please wear a mask
*** The owner has a firm no drugs policy, respect it!
*** There will be light food/drink but not dinner (we suggest Marshall for that).
