Jeffry is a prolific, talented artist whose spirit of generosity, compassion, and joy has made him truly beloved in the ceramics community. He will be here for several months, working intensively and hosting guests.

In his words: “As you know, folk and decorative arts traditions have been a consistent source of inspiration for me; Japanese, Korean, English and German influences are easy to spot in my work. I know that North Carolina's pottery tradition is exceptionally rich and reaches back centuries. I'm hoping to tune into that tradition, an American vernacular. I also can't wait to work alongside Kyle, an exceptionally talented young potter and a kind and lovely human being. I'm working toward a show in LA in October at South Willard Gallery.”
